Składniki:
Makaron:
- 3 jajka
- pół szklanki wody
- 480 g mąki
- szczypta soli
- 1 kulka rozmrożonego szpinaku
Sos:
- Opakowanie szpinaku w kulkach (prócz jeden zużytej do makaronu)
- 4 ząbki czosnku,
- 200 g sera koziego
- sól i pieprz
Przygotowanie:
- Wszystkie składniki na makaron, zagnieść w mikserze. Następnie stolnicę posypać mąką i rozwałkować ciasto, na około 1.5 mm. Rozciąć na paski 2 cm i zostawić do wyschnięcia na całą noc.
- Zagotować osoloną wodę i dodać makaron, gotować przez 5 minut do wypłynięcia. Pod koniec gotowania odłożyć pół szklanki wody z makaronu.
- Rozpuścić w rondelku zamrożony szpinak, doprawić. Dodać rozgnieciony czosnek i ser. Gotować na lekkim gazie do połączenia składników. Dodać odcedzony makaron i z wodą, delikatnie mieszać.
- Przed podaniem udekorować bazylią i parmezanem.
